Aerobic Exercise Helps You Burn Belly Fat
The most effective way to burn belly fat is by performing aerobic exercise a new study has shown.

The researchers reported that subjects who participated in programs that involved regular aerobic exercise lost more visceral fat than those who engaged in resistance activities. Aerobic exercise was also found to be better at improving fasting insulin resistance, compared to doing weights. It also reduced liver enzymes and fasting triglyceride levels more effectively. However, strength training didn’t deliver these benefits. Pairing strength training with aerobic exercise was found to have similar results to just doing aerobic exercises.

The study concluded that people lost on average 2 1/2 square-inch of unhealthy belly fat doing aerobic exercise, which was about 60% more that people who did a mix of aerobic exercise and strength training, and about 800% more as those people who only did weight lifting.
