Fried food linked to obesity
A new study reveals that the risk obesity is higher for those with fat genes when eating fried foods.

This study discovers that people who are genetically susceptible to obesity and consume fried food regularly can have twice the effect on body mass index (BMI) than those with a lower genetic predisposition.
"This work provides formal proof of interaction between a combined genetic risk score and environment in obesity." Professor Alexandra Blakemore and Dr Jessica Buxton at Imperial College London

This study should serve as a reminder to those who have problems losing weight. Choosing good foods is important if you have fat genes. Otherwise, you will gain a lot of weight.
